1. About the Service

Tind Software AS (org. no. 933 623 954, Norway) provides cloud-based business software as a subscription service (SaaS). These terms apply to all use of our services.

2. Registration and Account

To use the services, you must create a company account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Services are billed monthly or annually according to your chosen subscription plan. Prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). Payment is processed via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access to the service.

You agree to use the service in accordance with Norwegian law and these terms. You shall not:

You own all data you enter into the service. We store and process the data solely to deliver the service to you. Upon cancellation, you may export your data before the account is terminated.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service is available at all times. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tind Software is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our refund and cancellation policy for details on cancellation and refunds.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the dispute shall be settled by the ordinary courts of Norway.
